Terra Educanis subscription: clauses

1. Terra Educanis declines all responsibility in the event of an accident involving persons present at the
time of lessons, dog owners or other people present on the site.

2. Dog owners must hold a liability insurance contract
civil private life, guaranteeing bodily, material and immaterial damage caused to
third parties by pets, as well as the reimbursement of the cost of health visits to
the animal and the cost of the required certificates in the event of a bite. A certificate of insurance
justifying this protection may be requested.

3. Your dogs must be kept on a leash on the grounds and around the grounds, as long as
the educator did not allow you to let them go.

4. Dogs must be up to date with their vaccinations before classes begin. The notebook of
Vaccination may be requested at the time of the first lesson. In case of illness
transmissible between dogs another format of course will be proposed to you to the extent of the
possible, otherwise the course will be canceled and counted.

5. The amount of the subscription is to be paid 7 days before the first lesson. The manager
reserves the right to offer the reserved time slot to someone else if it is not the
case.

6. Any subscription started is non-refundable.

7. In order to be able to guarantee you the best possible results, the period of validity of
the subscription is 1 month per lesson (eg: 8 lessons – 8 months), any session that is not
used during its period of validity is lost. In order not to lose lessons, please book
your session at least 20 days in advance.

8. Any cancellation or relocation of the course must be made at least 48 hours in advance, otherwise
the course will be counted.

9. The quality of the advice can only be guaranteed if it is put into practice correctly, regularly
and over the long term.

10. If it is decided by mutual agreement that an in-home session would be beneficial a
supplement of 30CHF will be requested for the trip.

By paying the amount of the subscription you declare that you have read the rules and
accept the terms.
